This notice explains how Redamix Oy handles the personal data you send us through the contact form on this site or by email.

What we collect and why
We collect only what you give us: your name, email address, company (if you add it) and your message. With each message the form service also records your IP address and browser type, which are used only to filter out spam. We need these details to reply to you, to handle the matter you write to us about, and for the normal business dealings with you that may follow. We do not use them for anything else.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering the people who contact us, and, when you ask about working with us, the steps you request before an agreement (GDPR Article 6(1)(f) and (b)).
Who sees it
Only the people at Redamix who handle your matter. Messages sent through the form are stored by Netlify, Inc. (USA), which hosts this site, and forwarded to our email; Netlify processes them on our behalf under the EU standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data or pass it to anyone else.
How long we keep it
As long as it is needed for your matter and any business relationship that follows. After that we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to its use: write to info@redamix.com. You can also complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
